This notice explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have.

Who we are

This website is run by Stusty Limited, trading as AI Letting. We are the “controller” of your personal information, which means we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist

• Your email address.
• The date and time you signed up.
• Where you came from, if the link you followed included a campaign tag (the “utm_source” part of a web address — for example, the name of a newsletter that linked to us).

If you use the contact form

• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your message.

Bot protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using the form rather than an automated program. To do this, Turnstile processes signals from your device and browser.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• Waitlist: to tell you when AI Letting launches. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you join. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Contact form: to read and reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who get in touch.
• Turnstile: to prevent spam and abuse of our forms. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure.

Who processes your information

We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website, store waitlist sign-ups and contact messages, deliver contact messages to us by email, and run Turnstile. Cloudflare acts as our processor, which means it handles the information on our behalf and under our instructions. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your information may be processed outside the UK. Where it is, Cloudflare relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to protect it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: deleted within 12 months of AI Letting launching, or sooner if you ask us.
• Contact messages: kept for 12 months from when we receive them.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you (access);
• ask us to correct information that is wrong (rectification);
• ask us to delete your information (erasure);
• ask us to limit how we use your information (restriction);
• object to us using your information;
• withdraw your consent at any time — for example, to be removed from the waitlist.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before you go to the ICO.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile is used only because it is strictly necessary to keep our forms secure, so we don't show a cookie banner.
